Cayo Saetía is a natural park that covers an area of approximately 42 km² and is located at the entrance to Bahía de Nipe (Nipe Bay), in the province of Holguín, Cuba. The complex is made up of forests with varied plant formations and extensive meadows inhabited by different species of exotic fauna, such as zebras, ostriches, camels or antelopes, among others.
In its origins, the Saetía peninsula took on the status of a key at the beginning of the 20th century with the creation of the Dumois canal, whose objective was to promote naval traffic between different areas.
Around the cayo, the waters that surround it hide beautiful reefs and coral reefs, as well as fascinating tropical fish, making the place an ideal place to practice a wide variety of underwater activities.
