Playa Las Gaviotas, is located on the eastern end of Cayo Santa María, in Cuba. This Caribbean jewel is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful places on the island and is considered a protected area because of its outstanding landscape and ecological value.
The beach has a distinctive feature that gives it an added value because it has small cabins in pure Cuban style where you can leave your belongings in the shade while you relax and enjoy the stunning sea views.
For those who love water sports, this place offers all kinds of possibilities for fun. It is an ideal place to practice diving and snorkeling and you will be able to contemplate the exotic and colorful fish that are submerged in its waters.
The beach's superb location makes it possible to reach by walking about 15 minutes along a path that leads directly to it, as it is a wonderful deserted beach that is not usually very crowded.
This beach does not offer any kind of accommodation, but just a few metres from it there are wonderful hotels on the beach to enjoy the rest you deserve in a natural paradise.
