Visit the Model of Santiago de Cuba and see the work of the skilled model-makers in their quest to show the whole city in a 1:1000 scale.
Visited by many tourists and students, the model exhibits in detail all the buildings, squares, mountains, ships and several figures made with materials such as cardboard, wood, sponge, sand or vinyl.
Besides the interesting view of the miniature city, the building counts on an open air cafe with impressive views of the city and the bay, and a space dedicated to temporary exhibitions. The visit is accompanied by the explanations of the guides that you can find in the building.
